Sachiko is always a good girl. That has been her goal, for as long as 
she can remember, and even when she begins to loosen up just a little 
bit more, she can't help but restrict herself whenever she feels that it 
is necessary. She wants to be a good girl, and she will do everything in 
her power to keep that reputation, that image. And yet...

And yet there are times when she feels so overcome by the desire to 
break out of such an image that she can't help but try and be naughty. 
The risk of getting caught doing these things gives her untold anxiety, 
but the thrill that comes with the act of being naughty at all outweighs 
it every time. It exhilarates her, and she continues to find ways to 
push it.

Today, she is barely keeping her composure in class, doing her best not 
to squirm in her seat, even though she knows that would help her 
situation quite a bit. This morning, she decided not to pee while 
getting ready for school, and though it was only a slight pressure at 
the time, it's almost lunchtime now, and her bladder is absolutely 
throbbing. She isn't entirely sure if she can make it until lunch, but 
she doesn't allow herself to ask for a bathroom pass.

If she were to wet herself in the middle of class, there's no telling 
what level of damage that would do to her reputation. Sachiko bites the 
inside of her cheek as she imagines it, but then, class actually comes 
to an end, and she stands up, trying to keep her legs from shaking. She 
just barely makes it, her panties a little damp when she pulls them 
down, but she knows that's not just from pee leaking.
